VJ’s Rib Rub is created in Berwyn, NE. It is a Hunter’s For Youth original recipe; using a combination of garlic, salt, sugar, and other spices. This seasoning is good on steak, ribs, chicken, roast, pork loin, eggs.

Put seasoning on meat the night before, let marinade. Cook in the oven at 250 degrees for 3 hours, bone side down. Put on grill at 400 degrees, meat side down, to brown.

Be careful, the meat is very tender!

    This rub is excellent! A wonderful blend of spices and seasonings that really bring out the flavor in any meat! I’ve used this on chicken, pork, beef, venison, pheasant, quail, wild turkey, and even lamb ribs. I haven’t found anything it doesn’t go well with. Ive used it as a marinade in brine, as a traditional rub, and just like a seasoning on the grill. The best part is all proceeds go directly to HFY to help get kids outside and experience the great outdoors! I suggest you order 2 bottles for yourself and a couole for friends or family to try. The first time they taste it they’ll want their own!
